Eminent Domain

It is okay that Eminent Domain is used only for public purposes, such as hosptials, schools, parks and ets. It will benefit everyone. But it is not allowed to use eminent domain for private purposes.

    i agree Chujun! I think it is not fair for the government to take private property that the owner has worked hard for.
